What style of yoga is it?
 

I practice a form of yoga basd on the teachings of Krishnamacharya and his son TKV Desikachar. It is based on a tradition  where postures are adapted to individulas needs. Each class contains a mixture of postures, breathing and meditation with teaching on the philosphy of yoga and mindfulness. 

 

 

What can I expect?
My yoga classes are suitable for all abilities as I adapt postures to your individual needs. Classes are small (typically 6-8 people) so that everyone works to their own pace.
The classes are a mix of postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
